In 2021, Derek and Alexa Lechler created and opened Wolf Pack Bar & Grill after setting sail with their children in 2019 on a 45-foot catamaran they named Wolf Pack. The Wolf Pack building was once a feed store from 1939 to the 90s that The Lechler Family transformed into what is Wolf Pack today. On November 7, 2023, The Lechler family embarked on a new journey and welcomed aboard seasoned restaurant operators who agreed to take over the daily operations of the Wolf Pack Bar and Grill. The Bassler Family, Brooks and Maricela Bassler, owners of the popular Houston restaurant chain, BB’s Tex-Orleans, alongside, now Managing Partner of Wolf Pack & restaurant operator for many years of BB’s Tex-Orleans, Carlos Lagunas, have taken over the day-to-day operations, ensuring every dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary!
